"Hallways smelt poorly, carpets are stained throughout the facility. We got the 4 person japanese room (only 2 in the room) and it was adeqaute for us. Outdoor tub included with room can only hold two people, food included with half board was buffet style and wasn't very good, however had a decent selection of western, japanese and chinese cuisines."

"This hotel is run by an older Japanese couple and feels like staying in someone’s home. The motel is basically a Motel 6 in style but much cleaner and nicer. "This is a new hotel in Hakuba. The room is clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel has shuttle bus to Happo One and Hakuba 47. A rental store is right next to the hotel. "Lovely trip to Hakuba with the family staying at the footstep of the Iwatake slopes. The snow was on and my family and I had a great time.
