Had a very classic Japanese appeal with modern amenities that I greatly appreciated it. They give a yukata for each day to maintain cleanliness. The private onsen itself was very clean and spacious. The futon was fluffy and comfortable enough that you couldn’t feel the floor beneath. Location was nice and easily walkable...

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Itsukushima Iroha. Wish we could’ve stayed longer than one night. Short walk from the ferry terminal. The staff was so wonderful! The snack/continental breakfast room was lovely. Our room was divine! We were upgraded to a sea view room where we could enjoy the famous Torii gate from our window. The hotel was so quiet and serene, even as the streets outside were bustling with island visitors. This stay was a definite highlight of our time in Japan."
