"Location and hotel upkeep is good. I only wish that they would not have left out Toothbrush as a comp amenity and you have to pay for it. This is not a budget hotel and should not be operating this way. I would not recommend going to the attached Casino. The staff operating the roulette and baccarat were talking to each other and to guests which is a strict NO in other countries. "부산에 처음 놀러갔는데 아스티 호텔이 부산역 바로 옆에 위치 해 있어 예약했습니다. 새벽에 도착했는데 하필 방 문 락이 고장나서 복도에서 좀 기다리고 침구류에 이물질이 묻어있어 곤란했지만 직원분들 모두 친절했습니다. 사람이 실수를 할 수 있기에 이런 상황에서 어떻게 대처하는 지가 중요한 것 같습니다. 비가 오는 날 프론트에서 유니폼 입은 여자 직원분이 우산도 대여해주시고 피트니스 문도 열어주시고 분실물도 친절하게 응대해주셔서 감사했습니다."
