"I was really impressed with the overall cleanliness of the property. Everything was very well run including our pickup at the airport. The staff were very responsive and helpful. We had a late flight out the day we checked out. We were allowed to store our bags, use the internet and the pool facilities until we had to leave. I booked the same property on our return trip at the end of our stay. I feel like this property offers excellent value for the money. Thanks to all the staff for making our stay memorable!"

" Great Breakfast, But Rooms Need an Update I recently stayed at The Westin Jakarta, and while my overall experience was positive, there were a few aspects that stood out for different reasons. Let me start with the highlight of my stay—the breakfast buffet. It was absolutely fantastic! There was an incredible variety of dishes, and I was thrilled to find a South Indian food selection as well. The quality of the food was excellent, and the options catered to various tastes, making breakfast one of the best parts of my experience. However, when it comes to the rooms, I found the interior to be quite outdated. Although the room was clean and comfortable, the decor felt like it belonged to an older hotel. The furnishings and overall ambiance gave off a somewhat tired feel, and I believe the rooms could benefit from a modern refresh to match the high standards of the hotel’s other offerings. While The Westin Jakarta still offers a comfortable stay, especially with its amazing breakfast, I think a room upgrade would make it an even"
