Perhaps a YouTube video on how to use door entry app would have helped us and the people who came the next night who we helped. Rooms were average sized. Hotel is clean and staff were lovely. "Beautiful and unusual stay in Stockholm. Friendly and helpful staff, arranged for us to leave luggage on early arrival. Freshly prepared and delicious breakfast. It is about 20 minute walk into central Stockholm, but the Metro stop is nearby and the walk is along the river so pleasant if the weather is good."

"I was in a windowless single room. It as a bit like living in a shoe box. The tv/web screen was too difficult and confusing to connect. Very small and pokey. Not enough room to swing a cat around. The cat died!"
