"All staff members - from front desk to housekeeping - were exceptional. The breakfast buffet was the best I've had and the restaurant was also excellent. Everything was spotless & in good repair. The only negatives were that 1) the rooms do not have mini-fridges; 2) compared to the US, they are extremely small; and 3) the hotel does not provide wash cloths. Also, the room did not have any type of a dedicated 'lounge' chair. There was a wooden chair at the work counter, but the only seating in the room was either that chair or the bed. I found myself going to the lobby to sit in regular chairs (while reading my book). "

"1 min walk from Stockholm Central bus terminal. Although the room I stayed was compact and had no window, it was clean and comfortable for just staying a night. Amenities such as shampoo/body soap and hand soap were available at room. You can get boiled water if you ask at reception."

"I can’t rate this hotel any higher, easy check in and check out, super friendly staff, comfortable bed, heated floor in the bathroom, windows are quadruple glazed so you cannot hear a thing from the airport. Incredible buffet breakfast with pastries and cooked breakfast. Delicious meals in the grocery section in reception to pick up if you arrive late. Lots of room with plugs everywhere if you want to get some work done alongside a drink or meal. Fantastic! "
