"Although the hotel is clearly somewhat rundown, it is still a very good option for those visiting Jeonju, especially if the main interest is visiting Hanok Village or the more important historical points in the city. Rooms and hallways are kept very clean. Floors are heated. Each room has a small refrigerator. However, microwave use is only available in the lobby. "직원의 실수로 ktx 기차도 놓치고 대신 고속버스로 서울을 갈수있도록 도움을 부탁하였는데 이것도 날자를 다른날자로 구입을 해주어서 직원의 두번째 실수로 고속버스도 놓침 참으로 황당하였습니다. 저의 잘못도 있었습니다.직원이 탑승날자가 다른날로 구입한 티겟을 확인하지않고 호텔을 택시타고 고속 터미날로 가서 확인이 되어 버스도 놓침 미국에서 오랜만에 한국방문을해서 잘몰라 내 스스로 구입을 하지 못한것을 후회하였습니다. 그러나 실수이었기에 이해하기로 하였습니다. 감사합니다."

"I had a wonderful stay at this lovely hotel. As soon as I entered the lobby, the staff were very welcoming. The hotel featured a charming café and a gift shop, adding to its appeal.
