"Dirty not even simple housekeeping. Very dusty in the pantry. Worse waited more than an hour for staff to check in. No staff was around and unable to contact. Towels and room service not available. On the first day, I had to do my room service cleaning. Some food in the pantry expired long ago. "

"Had a fantastic stay at The Mumum! Very clean and well kept property conveniently located close to all of the sites in the Jeonju Hanok Village. The host and hostess were so kind and helpful. A very large and delcious breakfast of fruit, rice cakes and rice was brought to our room each morning. The hostess was ever helpful - showing us directions, calling taxis for us, and even gave us a bag of oranges and chestnuts to snack on the day we went to Naejangsan. "It was extremely dirty everywhere except for the room which was ok. Barely adequate. The bar/kitchen area looked completely abandoned as though some disaster had hit the place and everyone had run away.
