We are from US. This hotel’s room is simple but it has everything you need and it is very clean! I have stayed in higher star hotels in US and we don’t get the cleanliness and service and we still tipped even when the service at the US hotel was non existent. In Japan, no tipping and we get great service. The free breakfast at Comfort Hotel was good too.

地點超好
地點非常好，旁邊有大型停車場，票卡給櫃枱可以以一千二百日元停一晚，走路到熊本城不到十分鐘，附近有櫻町購物中心，上通下通銀座通等購物的地方，地點很讚。

2泊滞在。シャワーの湯量が少ない。枕低すぎ。お茶を溶かすマドラーがない。一日目スリッパ無し。夜中騒音。エアコン温度管理不可。朝食種類が少ない。おしぼりが無い。 ヘヤードライヤーが強いのは良かった。駐車場の案内が敷地内セルフとなっていたが、実際は隣の提携駐車場セルフなので混乱した。
