"This hotel was simply beautiful. Probably my favourite stay in all of Thailand. Everything was fantastic, the pool was lovely and the sun beds around is spacious and clean. The room was delightful with a large bathroom and amenities, the wifi was also fantastic. The breakfast was delicious every morning, slight changes every morning also which was appreciated and the coffee was lovely. The best part was the shuttle into town, it’s an easy 12 min walk but when you’ve been shopping or have your bags the shuttle was fantastic 3 mins into town! The gardens were also beautiful, our room looked onto this and was a gorgeous morning view and the sunset was perfect on our balcony in the evening. I have no bad comments this place was truly beautiful and very well cared for. "

"We spent two weeks in Chiang Mai and Mae Rim Grace villa was for us the best place to begin and end each day. The wonderful team of Mae Rim Grace are Khun Pen, the warm and caring Manager, Chef Jack, a humble gifted Chef of great talent, Jacky, who procures fantastic snacks, Mol and Siew who helped serve breakfast, kept our villa tidy and were attentive to all our needs. We relied on Grab to get us around Chiang Mai. For sightseeing we recommend Khun Man, a driver and local guide who has serviced the Villa guests for over 5 years. We are very much looking forward to returning to see our friends at Mae Rim Grace as it was an unforgettable stay. "

"Wow!! Chat GPT recommended 2 places in Pai, here and The Quarter. On our way to Ban Rak Thai I stayed at The Quarter first and was very underwhelmed. On my way back to Chaing Mai I had another day in Pai so I booked here instead. After checking in I loved it so much I kept extending the days. Ended up spending 3 days at the resort. It’s a total vibe. Great places to sit and relax around the pool and garden. Your patio is so nice with the cushion. The WiFi is strong enough to get work done! The staff is so nice and accommodating. I accidentally left a few things in the room and they have worked with me to have them delivered to chaing mai on their next shuttle. This resort goes above and beyond and it’s also a big bonus that the breakfast is AMAZING and the The Blue Ox restaurant we ate at multiple times, was fantastic. They have everything you need here in such a prime location in town. I will make a special trip back to Thailand just to stay here again and relax and unwind. Thank you for everything!"

"Not enough can be said about the helpfulness of the staff at this Four Seasons. They had a considerable number of activities that were both educational and fun to break up the day between dips in the pool for families with younger children. Would definitely stay here again if/when I were to return to the Chiang Mai area. We were so happy with the resort that I felt bad leaving for the various excursions we planned. I could not recommend more highly."

"The basic room had a great view of a little forest. Clean, good wifi, loved the stay, staff was nice. Breakfast is eggs and toast. Free ride to town for bus if needed. Scooter rental nearby."

"Had an excellent stay with my family. My villa room was not suitable for 2 adults and 3 children- although the hotel tried to do as much as he could to accommodate us. Service was excellent- shuttle service is perfect and flawless. Hotel is beautiful Breakfast is superb. Pools ate very nice and the views are really beautiful. Would definitely recommend staying there. Thank you for an excellent stay!"
