"We weren’t happy the first couple of days as the toilet in our room was leaking. After a few days of complaining, we finally was moved to a much nicer and bigger room. Overall, the rooms are ok, not very clean, had cockroaches in the rooms and dusty. We could hear the traffic noise too from the 11th floor. The staff are nice and friendly though and service is not too bad. Overall, I think it’s pleasant enough. "

"The three of us (my sister, my teen son & I) overall found the stay to be pleasant, comfortable and it has homely feeling suitable for small family. Although some of the furnitures in bedrooms and living area looks a bit worn out but acceptable condition for 3 days 2 night stay. Beds are comfortable, bathroom shower water pressure okay but did not experience hot water temperature (not sure if it's faulty or we did not get the setting right). Kitchen well equipped, found it easy for easy cooking...
