"Second visit this year, which was not as good as the first. Insufficient towels. The sink was old, repainted and distressed. Shower valve difficult to control as it tended to shutoff by itself. "Amazing hotel and location!! It is in the heart of Bukit Bintang (the shopping/nightlife area for tourists) so it was super convenient and very short walk to many shops and restaurants. It was also right beside a gigantic and beautiful mall. The rooms were massive and clean, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. Staff were excellent as well. Will return to this hotel if I'm ever back in KL!"
