"We just arrived at the hotel after flying from the UK, we waited for the shuttle from the airport for over an hour to finally arrive after 7pm to check in. The hotel was really busy dealing with conferences and the receptionist told us to sit and wait for our room as it's not clean yet. After over 30mins wait we were offered a double room instead of a twin we booked, or wait even longer due to the conferences. We finally got our room key about 9pm. "Will never stay there again. Aircon was not working, did not even make an effort to help with the room being cold. Had to sleep with a jacket, as there are not even extra blankets in the room. The bed was not made with a lot of effort, my 10year old cousin would do it better. The breakfast was horrible, food was raw, had to send it back, had to ask for juice and glass and we still waiting for it. Being 6 friends, where 4 of us are in travel we will never send our customers there. Someone...
