"The property was perfectly situated in a location where it was easily accessible to shopping including grogery and restuarants. The house is located in a quiet location which allows us to whine down at the end of the day. The interior of the house is very clean and minimalist but has everything that you need. "The place is well located and overall in good condition. Our experience is that we arrived and the laundry room was full of humid towels and sheets from the previous guests. We wanted this cleared out, because we wanted to clean our clothes, and it was impossible to reach the hotel admin. I sent a message via hotels.com app, and I rang a video doorcam in the hallway, neither worked. Also, a door handle came loose and the toilet seat was also loose. This place is poorly managed "

"We chose this property as it was one of the cheaper places to stay in Rotterdam and this is reflected in the basic amenities provided. We had to ask for a kettle and there was only a small combi oven and microwave. There was no hairdrier. The flat is up 2 flights of steep stairs which is fine as long as you are fit. The flat is a good location and onky a 10 minute walk from the station and good access to transport"

The hotel itself is great, with a kitchenette, coffee and tea in the room and downstairs. The lobby is quite pretty. Walking distance to the train station, and Mauritshuis. The staff was helpful and friendly. Next to Chinatown as well."

Advised that no cleaning would be done, however extra towels, waste bin bags are available if asked for. The room was extremely quiet even though there was demolition of an office block next door to Premier Suites. Gym area was acceptable. Wi-fi good. "
