I called and asked if I could come early and they were like no problem I thank them later and they said that as long as the room was clean they had no problem letting me have it early which is something you just don't find really anywhere but they were warm and welcoming the breakfast buffet was...

"We had a lovely stay in the old town portion of Innsbruck. This hotel is right in the center of it all making it very convenient. It was quiet, adorable and very comfortable. The bar being open late was a nice touch, and I'd stay here again!"

"No elevator but staff offers to help! Staff is there til 7pm - if you arrive for check in after 7pm you will have a code emailed to you beforehand to enter at front door and your keys will be on the counter. Room is great, nice little kitchenette. You receive a free pass for Innsbruck public transport and staff advised which lines to take. "
