The place is full of character and worldly charm however it is, by definition really, quite old feeling. The bathroom consisted of an enclosed shower that was tiny (anyone of a larger build simply wouldn't be able to use it so be warned!) but otherwise we had a lovely stay"

"I have never stayed in this type of property. I usually pick a known hotel brand because I know what to expect but I’m so happy I didn’t. We were greeted by the owners with a welcome drink, snacks, and kindness. We sat and talked while they checked us in and then showed us to our room and talked about their amenities. I did read a review before we went there complaining about the cleanliness of the property, but whoever wrote that probably doesn't live in the countryside. We found it perfectly clean for a rural property and Sanja who looks after the property was very nice and friendly. Great place to stay if you don't want to be in the tourist hot spots! "
