"Comfort was NO AC as advertised and bed comforter was wrong size for bed.Asked to have AC turned on or a portable fan and owner said NO to both .We even offered to pay for a portable fan if they got one .Still NO .Dirty under furniture and lots of fluff under big dresser. Good news the desk staff was wonderful.Room large and well furnished.Bathroom had tub mat anti slip.Restaurant next door,owned by same person, was excellent.Breakfast was simple.Had they been willing to work with us, on AC being broken, and had got us a fan, even at our expense, our rating would have been a 4.BUT the unhelpful attitude forces a 3.
