"So much care had been taken to make the apartment comfortable. Excellent high quality bed, sofabed and bedding. Kitchen is enough to heat meals and make breakfasts. Dishwasher and washing machine small but very useful. There is a laundry downstairs if you want to do bigger loads. Local area is perfect for Museums , shops and restaurants. You couldnt ask for more. "

"Lovely modern apartment, spacious with separate bedroom/living & kitchen area. Very comfortable and right in the city centre. Great communication with owner who was also super helpful when we asked about early check in. "

"There was only one air conditioner in the entire apartment, which worked very poorly. I had to sleep with the whole family in the living room. The child was not provided with bed linen, although we ordered a room for 3 people. The room was quite dusty (poorly cleaned), the mirrors and shower were all stained. The Rooms looked much better in the picture. "

"It was very roomy and clean and very comfortable! The building doors are open all the time but the entrance to the apartments is a card key and the the entrance to your apartment is another card key. If I was to make any criticism it is that it would have been nice to have a little more cooking equipment as we made our own dinner, but it was a lovely stay!"

"So glad we found this hidden gem. Very reasonable, clean, and walking distance to all the main attractions (Advent Market for me). No lift but the wonderful Ivana took care of this for me. She was so helpful (texts before check-in), giving local guidance. Their 5 stars is very well deserved. Parking garage is about a brisk 5-min walk but very reasonable daily rates. Will I stay there again? Most definitely. "

"Fabulous location. Definitely search for the Caffe downstairs if you have issues with directions. Streets are for pedestrians, not vehicles, so if you are dropped off prepare to walk. Remember that 2nd floor here isn’t the same as the US. The interior was excellent with ductless heat (2) in the bedroom and hallway to common area. "We enjoyed our stay at Black 49. When we arrived, I realised that we had not been provided with check-in instructions, however this was quickly fixed by contacting the property manager. The check-in instructions were easy to follow, and I was happy to find that there is an elevator in the building. The room was large and clean with a kitchen, large fridge, washing machine, dining table, and a comfortable bed. The air conditioning worked well and it was a comfortable and welcoming space to relax...
