"Great hotel in a great location. Easy walk from train station. Close to town square, sites and restaurants. Very noisy one night from kids on street emptying out of bars. Not their fault, just wished it hadn’t happened. Otherwise, great stay. "

"I don’t receive upgrade benefit even though the hotel was quite empty. The service and staff are excellent. The spa is a great asset. The location couldn’t be better 2 mins walk to the main square. The only real negative was the lobby music which played in the lobby and restaurants. It was a 5 min loop and by the end of our stay was driving us up the wall."

"Absolute terrific find. Really large twin room- lovely style furniture, very modern bathroom, very comfortable bed, great l'occitane toiletries. Little pool and sauna to use with soft towels and dressing gowns and slippers available. Staff extremely polite and helpful. All in all an absolutely great stay. Only slight disappointment was there wasn't a bar but you only needed to venture outside for an enormous choice available to you. "

"I was very surprised and pleased with my stay at Hotel Wawel. The staff, location, and amenities are great. The room is spacious and clean. The breakfast is varied and tasty. My only feedback is that the mattress is very thin. Other than that, my stay was good. "

"Lovely hotel on a quiet side street close the old market square. The room was spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The hotel does not have many amenities and we didn’t take breakfast at the nearby restaurant as we opted to try a different cafe each morning. There are so many places nearby it was very easy to do. We would definitely stay here again. "
