"Surprisingly it was better then I ever thought it would be. Clean, totally renovated, spacious, quiet and excellent value. Own bathroom and lounge. Breakfast included. Don't be fooled by the entrance as it has graffiti on the street door. Makes it easy to find. Highly recommended for all ages. Easy walk to the old city. Staff are very friendly and willing to please. R and B from Australia."

"Do not book here, after walking in the heat for 30 mins to this place and walking up 3 floors with all my stuff they tell me that they are full and that they switched my booking to another place, had to walk back almost all the way I had walked and uo another 2 floors and then they told me that it was another hostle, I got pissed and they said ok I could stay there. What a nightmare on a hot afternoon, took almost 3 hours to get sorted. "

"nice stay, good room, I booked a room with a shared bathroom, and it's a hostel - so I didn't expect anything extra! but it was a comfortable room and comfortable bad in the room and general stay. I arrived late at night, found the hotel easily and the receptionist was so friendly. Also, they allowed me to stay in the hotel later (not in the room) but in the lounge and work nearly whole day. "

"10-15 min walk to the old town. Also the tram stop is only 100 m. or so. In a silent location. Clean rooms. Very friendly and smiling staff. Totally contented, highly recommended!"

"great staff,very helpful nice location with a river view if you have one of the private rooms. dorm rooms are quite spacious with a lockable cupboard space. The place is very clean with fresh towels, clean linen. My only complaint is that the hostel is on the 2nd floor (3rd floor for us North Americans) and if your luggage is big and heavy it is a bit of a challenge - there is no lift/elevator."

"Absolutely fantastic stay from start to finish! Showed up to a beautiful room, comfortable bed, and large shower. The check-in desk gave us a map of Old Town Kraków and recommended places to visit, and later scheduled a taxi back to the airport for us. The location is perfect being so close to the square and being on the South side made visiting the Jewish Quarter, the Wawel Royal Castle, and the Smok Wawelski just a short walk away. "Staff was amazing, always smiling, very polite and always helpful. Hotel was always clean, spacious cosy room, also was greeted with a letter from the manager which was class.
