"I booked a family suite which include 2 bedrooms( one with a double bed plus a single bed and the other bedroom with a twin bed) in that hotel for 9 days. I contacted the hotel and asked the to set up the twin beds as a double bed as my partner and I wanted to stay there but when we got to the hotel the twin beds haven’t been set up and still were separated! Our room was at the ground floor and the room balcony faced swimming pool, basically the room was next to crowded swimming pool so I went...

"As a hotel,it was really nice.So quiet and peacefull.Also decoration was really nice.But the only thing that i never stay at this hotel is owner of the hotel.She was so rude.during our stay,she never even said “good morning”.She did not even smile to us.In short, she was not really a good hostess.she caused us to feel uncomfortable ourselves.in boutique hotels,most important thing is, friendly service.
