"Only two stations (15 minutes by train) from Kansai airport, so including the walk to the station you can be there in less than 30 minutes - that's the main attraction of the place - but the area itself is quite dead, aside from the cute covered shopping area between the guesthouse and the station. "I telephoned the contact number the day before I arrived. I was given a padlock number. When I arrived at the guest house, I unlocked the padlock to discovered it was like a bedsit accommodation. It was not a guesthouse or even a hotel. There was nothing much to do in Kitanode and it took about 1.5 hours to get to Osaka. So all in all I wouldn't stay here again because it was too far out from Osaka and as I was on my own I felt isolated."

"It was 15 mins walk from the nearest station. It was dark and we got lost. 😅 Also the wall was so thin. We were able to hear everything what the outside people said at the car park next to the house. It was at 5am and someone opened the car door, started the engine and even we heard the GPS navigation voice. (GPS system in Japanese).
