"The Japanese bath on level 3 is a gem! It was a truly Japanese experience. Also, the surrounding premium outlet may seem like the main draw but Aeon Mall (accessible via hotel scheduled bus service) is an understated suburban gem."

"The hotel is right by the Rinku Station and you can walk to the outlets and restaurants close by. They offer late check out for a small fee which is very useful. Many convinience stores around and free shuttle bus to kix airport. Pure convenience "

"Had a layover in NIX. We chose this on price, and it was a little exploration for us. An authentic little town and 2 stops from the airport by an easy to catch train. About a 5 min walk (if that) from tge station. Don't know if we got lucky with our room, but it was large, had a sofa seating area and massage chair in it. Excellent value"

"Really spacious, our last night in Japan, enough room for all our five luggage expanded on the floor to organize our staff. The hotel has shuttles to KIX airport in the morning and the hotel is right next to the train station which has a convenience store opens 24*7."

"We had a great stay at this hotel! The 3-person room was small yet spacious and is perfect for a family of 3 adults. The location is also nice - it's just a short walk from the JR station and there's a massive supermarket nearby (think Super Target or even bigger!), plus a convenience store right next door for any last-minute needs. They also have a public bath house on-site if you're interested in that. The staff were incredibly friendly and the check-in and check-out process was a breeze. When we left, it was pouring rain and the staff, to my surprise, let us borrow an umbrella for our trip to the airport, which was incredibly kind and thoughtful. A few things to note: many amenities are located on the ground floor in the lobby by the elevators instead of in the room and there's no airport shuttle. There's free coffee in the morning, but you can't make your own in the room. Also, the metro station access is above ground, so I suggest going up the stairs early to avoid all the traffic lights (no ground floor entrance at the intersection). Overall, I can easily recommend this hotel. The area is vibrant and well-connected, making it a great place for catching flights or resting after a late arrival."

"The room was as expected. The Onsen, however, was surprisingly great, especially after a long flight. The breakfast included was great as well. There is a short 10min walk from the train station that wasn’t clearly marked and google maps wasn’t cooperating, but we got there. There isn’t anybody at reception but there are 2 friendly dinosaurs that my 9 yo loved conversing with. We would stay again because of the inclusion of the Onsen alone. "
