"Stayed at this hotel during 26th August and 2nd September 2024 to attend my nephew's wedding. I found the staff to be very polite and helpful and they happily go the extra mile without the expectation of a tip. The hotel itself is situated next to Victory Square and other key visiting sights are walkable or a short taxi ride away. (BTW taxis are relatively cheap - can travel 5 or so miles for £3-4). I found the hotel clean with reasonably good facilities - enjoyed the free access to the outdoor pool, sauna, steam room and the jacuzzi after a day of shopping or sight seeing. One particular useful feature in my room was the "Jack & Jill" wardrobe - can get access from both the bathroom and from the room - so no need to take clothes to wear to the bathroom. "We stayed 1 night at this hotel in May 2024. The Plaza Hotel Bishkek was a good place to stay in Bishkek. It’s directly across from a soccer stadium and also across from a major park. There are many restaurants within walking distance. City center and government buildings are all nearby."

"Excellent vacation location, with beautiful mountains as the perfect backdrop. Very friendly and helpful resort staff. Only minor issue was slow service in the main restaurant. My wife and I sat at a table for about 20 minutes waiting for staff to acknowledge us. Also, Pinacoladas my wife ordered had very little, if any alcohol content."

"The air conditioning (AC) were not working at all, they were in a poor condition which once you switch off it does not start again. The hotel was out of hot water for the 48 hours. They said it’s a national problem. I gave my cloths for landury they have charged me 2600 for a few cloths which was not mentioned on thier description that laundry is out of pocket fee. One highlight point was the staff at the front desk and doormats was quite helpful and friendly. Overall very unorganized, Not recommended. "
