"The property itself is excellent with clean, updated rooms including comfortable beds, a kitchen area, a good shower and a small outdoor patio. Access is all provided through codes sent via email. This all worked fine, but we stayed two days and never saw a person on the staff. I don’t know how any type of problem would have been handled. The biggest concern was parking. I made the reservation partially based on the Expedia website which said “ parking included”. To me this implied on site...

"They do not provide parking… (even though it says it on expedia they do)… confusing buildings, entrances are in different parts of the neighborhood… had to wander for a long time in the neighborhood until finding the right entrance for the particular building… also the key they gave did not work… which can get frustrating when you come from a long travel… needed to return to main facility to redo keys :( one silver lining is that the buildings are next to a gas station which had a charging...

"Hotel is close to the train station and the harbour. Some staff were helpful, others less so. Even though the hotel was apparently recently renovated, it gives the feeling of being run-down - there were holes in the bathroom floor towel, the fittings on the shower pipes were loose, the toilet was installed skew with the toilet paper holder not properly fixed and hanging skew. The fitting for the hand shower was at waist height, meaning the only way to get a proper shower was to hold it above...

The flat is in a renovated hallway that appears nice and the room was recently renovated, with a lot of potential. However it's down hill from here. The sheets were torn and dirty with hair and dust.
