Across from the front door was an abandoned building with broken windows and men loitering. Although the apartment itself is renovated, the instructions for the hot water, which involve waiting an hour for the boiler to make hot water and then running water for several minutes to wash or bathe was...

"I found the location 5 minutes from the bus and train station really easy. The neighborhood is a bit run down but you can see it is on the up swing. The Main Street was 50 feet away and I never got lost could catch buses or walk everywhere. The property is cute but the furniture is IKEA and a little wobbly. Greg was very helpful and he seemed to hear all my suggestions."

The flat is in a renovated hallway that appears nice and the room was recently renovated, with a lot of potential. However it's down hill from here. The sheets were torn and dirty with hair and dust. The mattress and sofa were stained. There was a stove and microwave but no cookware, no kettle, etc. 3 shampoos but no soap in the bathroom. Communication was terrible. Three days of messaging...
