"Our driver had a horrible experience during our 3 night stay at the property. We paid INR350 /night for the driver however our driver was moved out of his bed during middle of the night and was told to sleep on the floor as the hotel staff had booked too many drivers in the same room. Our driver could not sleep all night. "

"Very nice property at the Ganges, around 200 steps down but a steep climb. Food was exceptional and service as good. Very nice breakfast and great service standards! The rooms are not designed properly, even a hair dryer doesn't have a socket in the washroom or next to any mirror. Very stringent on their rules which may rightly suit them but can be quite hard on the guests. Adjacent to road hence even at night the cars sound etc is very loud in the rooms. Very nice bar and good cocktails offered. Expensive overall. Cant directly easily spot the ganges from the rooms / property however a little walk down and voila you are inside the river! We did an aarti at the ganges with all friends and was very scenic! Some of us did a yoga session at the poolside and was quite serene. Location is away from main city rishikesh hence away from the hustle and bustle. Taj Anand Kashi just 5 - 10 mins drive away."
