"They provide an amazing pick-up service with one caveat; they sent the WRONG PHONE NUMBER to call. (The correct number is able to be found on the internet easily, I am just not very smart) When you call the number they send, it tells you the number doesn't exist. I had to take a bus up to the place, and then walk uphill in the dark with my luggage for about 20 minutes. Everything seemed to be well taken care of, and the staff were friendly and accomodation, helping us find and schedule a taxi service to the Fuji-san station on our very early morning trip back to Tokyo. I will say (to no fault of the hotel) that the transportation in the area is very lacking. There are little to no drivers on the Uber or GO apps. We bought very fresh food at nearby supermarket and grilled them for dinner. Staffs were really helpful while I sprained my ankle the first night. Appreciated their help."
