"Beautiful property, the host will wait for you to check-in even if you encounter delays on your journey up to Kawaguchiko. The cottages were extremely clean and cozy, with a small soaking tub right outside of the bathroom. There are a few walkable Onsen nearby open late and there is a phenomenal Oden restaurant nearby open till 11pm."

"The hotel is extremely spacious, super clean and has all the household needs. More importantly, the owner couple is very nice! We asked them to call for the taxi, they drove us to where we needed instead for free! You can see the Mt. Fuji from the upper balcony very clearly! Would recommend everyone to come to this hotel!"

"They provide an amazing pick-up service with one caveat; they sent the WRONG PHONE NUMBER to call. (The correct number is able to be found on the internet easily, I am just not very smart) When you call the number they send, it tells you the number doesn't exist. I had to take a bus up to the place, and then walk uphill in the dark with my luggage for about 20 minutes. "Very pleasant stay. Great view of Mt. Fuji right at the front door of the resort. Everything you need is provided. Best dinner ever with the BBQ they provided.
