"The hotel was beautiful. The towels were so fluffy. I know that sounds silly, but I find most hotels in Europe have very thin and rough towels. These were luxurious. The room was nice and WiFi was good. Plug for US razors in the bathroom."

"Very clean, very friendly and helpful stuff. Bus station is 5-7 min. walk, bus stop to airport (#23) just outside the door. Historical downtown few steps away, as is shopping mall. Stayed at this hotel twice and will back in the future. "

"Attractive penzion. Large rooms. Very friendly and helpful guest service. Very good a/c was great benefit during unusually warm summer. No elevator in older building so many stairs to climb if carrying much luggage to suite"

"Lovely hotel. Situated perfectly for the old town. The spa is really relaxing, but there is a 10euro charge per person, per use. This was not clear on the hotels.com website!"

"I did not like my room. Exception was the bathroom though. It was great but even there where little Problems. Power poit only works If you turn light on. To so good if you want To go to sleep and charge tablet at the same time. Bath towels where very much past the USE BY DATE, Thin and not absorbing water well… Shower and toilet was great. As my room 209 did not have windows out, But some kind of corridor it was not possible to have Window open…..I did not have a great feeling About the mat...

"The access to the hotel is unique and relies on you having a working phone with an unchanging phone number. This is fine for European travelers, but Americans or other foreigners might find it difficult to get into the hotel. "

"We used the hotel as a base as we had family in nearby village. So the hotel was nearest to them. The staff and facilities were good. The fridge in our room did not work. although we did not report it as thought it was how the fridge’s are in this country. The side of the hotel we was on in Room 901 there was a nightclub (seems only open Friday,Saturday &Sunday) music pumping out till 5am which made 2 nights for us no sleep. We left on Sunday. Overall good but would not want rooms on 901...
