Scelta azzeccatissima, ci siamo trovati benissimo
Il mare è a due passi e si puo´ decidere di non spostarsi e godersi ugualmente una bella giornata nello splendido mare greco con il valore aggiunto dell´ombra degli alberi. Molto rilassante. Date ascolto ai suggerimenti del gestore, sa indirizzarvi nei posti giusti. Nulla da eccepire sulla pulizia. La struttura è leggermente fuori Kardamena (il che ne fa un luogo ancor piu´ tranquillo) ma nella maggior parte dei casi ci si attrezza noleggiando un auto, per cui nessun problema di distanze. Nell´appartamento era disponibile anche la macchina da caffe´ espresso, per un italiano sicuramente un punto positivo. Raccomandiamo questo posto e ringraziamo ancora per l´ospitalità.

Kein Frischwasser in der Küche und im Badezimmer. Dort hat das Wasser sogar faulig gerochen. Strand und die ungezwungene Atmosphäre waren sehr schön.

Gelungener Urlaub!
Die Lage war wunderbar an einem ruhigen Strand. Wir waren zum Frühstück in Kardamena immer zu Fuß unterwegs....sind einfach ca. 20-25 Minuten. Mit Auto gehts ganz fix (Parken kein Problem). Eine Buslinie hält direkt vor dem Hotel. Nikkos hat uns sehr viele Tips zum Essen u.ä gegeben. Er kümmert sich sehr um seine Gäste und immer erreichbar. Einziges Manko, die Appartements zur Sraße raus sind bedingt durch die Mopeds und den Straßenverkehr sehr laut. Trotzdem, ein sehr schöner Urlaub

Je me suis bien relaxée dans cet endroit paisible et accueillant. Les appartements sont spacieux, rien ne manque, grace aux propriétaires et a la gentille dame ,qui nettoie tous les jours les appartements. Merci. La plage est directement devant ,petite plage privée et bien soignée. Kardamena , lieu touristique est a quelques kilometres avec ses shops, ses restos, bars si on veut fuire le calme.Un petit bijoux sur cet ile touristique avec ses grands hotels all inclusif.

Tranquillo residence sul mare
A 1,5 km dal centro di Kardamena, il residence si affaccia direttamente sulla spiaggia privata, ombreggiata da ginepri e tamerici. La gestione é familiare e il proprietario Nikos - presente alla reception dalle 9 alle 21 - é sempre pronto ad accoglierti con un espresso e a fornirti preziose informazioni sulle attrazioni dell'isola: spiagge, ristoranti, eventi e siti archeologici. L'appartamento viene pulito quotidianamente, la biancheria viene cambiata 2 volte/settimana e gli asciugamani anche ogni giorno, su richiesta. L'hotel fornisce i teli mare. Il nostro appartamento aveva 4 "veri" posti letto: 2 in una spaziosa camera matrimoniale e 2 nel soggiorno ( non i soliti divani-letto a una piazza e mezza con reti fatiscenti e materassi di gommapiuma!). L'angolo cucina era piccolo ma fornito di tutto l'essenziale: lavello, frigo, 2 piastre elettriche, tostapane, bollitore elettrico e caffettiera.

Un paradise di tranquillità
Per chi cerca relax . Camere pulite tutte con vista mare . Bella la spiaggia disponibile per gli ospiti con mare stupendo. Niko è cordialissimo ed è un piacere ascoltarlo mentre ti suggerisce e consiglia cosa visitare e dove andare nell'isola per apprezzarne la bellezza.

Posto in una zona distante circa 15 min a piedi dal centro l'hotel si affaccia su una bella spiaggia ad uso esclusivo, abbiamo soggiornato in uno "studio" che si differenzia dagli "appartamenti" per una vista laterale sul mare. Crediamo valga la pena spendere qsa di più per soggiornare in un appartamento e godere appieno della splendida vista dell'alba che ogni mattina si affaccia sul mare ed essere meno disturbati dallo scorrazzare delle auto e moto che transitano nella strada sul retro dell'hotel. La pulizia delle camere è impeccabile e così pure l'arredamento, l'angolo cucina ha tutto l'occorrente per potersi prepare dei pasti e la connessione wi-fi è molto buona e stabile. Il gestore Nikos è molto gentile e disponibile dispensando consigli su come gestire la propria vacanza a profusione. Impossibile trovarlo impreparato!

Schönes Haus direkt am Strand. Das gebuchte Studio (Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Toaster, 2-Platten-Herd) war modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, um das Frühstück selber zu bereiten (Spülmittel, Abtrockentücher, etc. sind ebenfalls vorhanden). Nikos und seine Familie sind äußerst nett und hilfsbereicht, so dass man sich zu jeder Zeit sehr wohl und wie zu Hause fühlt. wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Olympia Mare great position for relaxing holiday
We went to this hotel for a relaxing holiday far enough from the town to walk or bus into and it was perfect right on the beach and sea about 15 min walk to the town bars and eateries we had a lovely holiday and would recommend it .The owner and staff were very helpful spotlessly clean rooms done daily we will be going again.

We found this hotel to be a very good option if you are looking for some peace away from the packaged tourism which seems to be predominant in kos.it sits on its own in front of a large stretch of beach and is really a peaceful place. The owner is also very helpful and considerate.

Perfect holiday
We enjoyed our stay in Olimpia Mare very much. It was exactly what we needed, a quiet, clean hotel, peaceful atmosphere, amazing sea and a beach with trees. Hotel owners Nikos and his lovely wife were very helpful, they gave us many good recommendations, we discovered very nice restaurants in Kos with their tips and for us our 3 days vacation in Olimpia Mare became a very nice memory. Pick up this place if you would like to relax with the sound of the sea waves in the night and enjoy the sea, sun and the quiet beach during the day. Hopefully we will come again next summer :)

Schönes Hotel, wenn man das richtige Zimmer hat.
Bei unserem Aufenthalt haben wir uns für ein Studio entschieden, da wir nur zu zweit waren und die Appartments für bis zu 5 Personen ausgelegt sind. Im Nachgang bzw. während des Aufenthaltes stellten wir schnell fest, dass das Studio keine gute Wahl war, da der Straßenlärm unerträglich war. Alle Appartments haben dieses Problem jedoch nicht, deshalb geb ich euch den Rat, wenn ihr euch für das sehr schöne Hotel mit tollem und nicht überlaufenen Strand entscheidet, bitte nehmt das Appartment als Unterkunft. Sonst war alles Prima, so wie ihr es auf den Bildern seht!!!

vacanza soddisfacente, rilassante, memorabile
ho trascorso 12 giorni presso questa struttura e sono rimasta pienamente soddisfatta dell'accoglienza e della disponibilità di Nikos e dei sui familiari, della natura circostante, del mare e di come si è svolto il mio soggiorno su quest'isola baciata dal sole! Sicuramente da consigliare!

Sehr schönes geräumiges Apartment mit Balkon zum Strand. Sehr nette, hilfsbereite Gastleute. Das Meer ist an dieser Stelle sehr steinig und da wurde eine Laufspur mit Sandsäcken ausgelegt zum bequemen rein laufen. Das Meerwasser ist glasklar.
