"The home was super equipped and clean with a lot of space on 3 floors. Besides a sauna there is a hammock, the kids liked the most. The location is central, close to shopping, beach and forrest. The communication was super easy and the owner gave a lot of tips for the surrounding."

"Das Haus ist geräumig und mit allen notwendigen Dingen ausgestattet. Es liegt ruhig in der Nähe zum Bodden. Der Weg bis zur Ostsee sind 2,5 km. Ein paar kleine Mängel im Haus sind vorhanden, z. B benötigt die Spülung im unteren Bad sehr lange um nachzulaufen. Leider konnte man dem Inserat nicht entnehmen, dass Bettwäsche und Handtücher extrs zu zahlen sind. lange"

"Für 4 Erwachsene ideal. Bei 6 Erwachsenen und einem Kind, wird's etwas eng und man muss genug Badezimmer-Zeit einplanen. In der Küche ist leider sehr wenig Abstellfläche. Lage und Umgebung sind top! Ca. 13 min Fußweg zum Strand. Leckere Fischbrötchen gleich schräg gegenüber. Bäcker, Post, Bahnhof und Arzt innerhalb von ca. 7 min Fußweg erreichbar."

Küche und Bad generell sehr gut ausgestattet. Pizzaautomat und (E-)Lastenfahrrad-Ausleihstation direkt vor der Tür. Danke, wir kommen wieder!"

"Auch wir können uns den bisherigen Bewertungen anschließen. Wir waren nach Weihnachten über den Jahreswechsel eine gute Woche zu Gast im Ferienhaus bei Herrn Jacobs. Zu Beginn gab es ein kleines Problem mit der Heizung, was dank vorbildlicher Kommunikation aber nach kurzer Zeit gelöst werden konnte, so dass ein paar entspannten Tagen nichts im Wege stand. Die Unterkunft einwandfrei sauber, schön eingerichtet inkl. vollständiger Küche, Terrasse samt Grill und sogar einem Kamin, wenn wir Erfahrung...

"Ein sehr gepflegtes Haus und ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht zum Urlaub machen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben vom ersten bis zum abreisetag, einen schönen erholsamen Urlaub gehabt und würden jederzeit wieder hierher kommen. Der Kontakt war vom Anfang bis Ende immer vorhanden. Alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Von uns gibt es in allen rubriken volle 5 Sterne."

"Das äußerst gemütlich und zweckmäßig eingerichtete Ferienhaus ist ein wunderbarer Rückzugsort für Erholungssuchende; ein bisschen abseits vom Bädertrubel, aber dennoch nahe genug dran. Hier findet man Ruhe und Beschaulichkeit. Die Betten sind herrlich bequem, es ist blitzsauber und die Vermieter sind herzliche und feine Menschen. Wie gesagt: Besser gehts nicht!"

"Impossible to reach anyone if you need help. To order cleaning, it is a dream!!!!! New building with cracks in the walls. Checking in was a disaster. Reception is located behind shopping mall, totally different direction then the apartments. The only plus was my pregnancy. Helped me to get through the check in line in no time as the manager noticed. Breakfast is served at Radisson Blu Hotel. Very good. Except the service and a few hundreds pax eating at the same spot. Well... was expecting more...

Broken air conditioning

"The hotel was having some decoration work doing to it whilst on our visit. The work was contained, but we were welcomed by a lady who was using the hoover and didn’t stop and made us feel in the way! Breakfast: good New TV delivered one day in our room & woke us up as it was programmed with an alarm at midnight! Annoying ! We spoke to room service and the front desk 4 times over 2 days as our air conditioning stopped working. They kept saying they had fixed it & they hadn’t, also annoying. They should have followed up with us and checked. Otherwise a convenient location & clean hotel. "

"Beautifully located hotel, close to the beach (a few minutes), with very friendly service and a nicely renovated lobby and reception area. The rooms however are quite old and need renovation, bed was really old and uncomfortable, bath room also old. You can almost feel the old times in the corridors... However the nice service and rather good breakfast make up for it. "
