The property was very quiet and we dis not encounter other guests although the property was full each night (11 rooms) We were not visiting during peak season, so it appears they had some glitches to work out prior to season starting (June 1). Lots of parking, good restaurant on site, and really friendly staff who arranged a baby cot and chair well before we checked in! Only thing is the rooms have a slightly dated decor.
