Alen was a very welcoming host and made sure we were very comfortable - arrived to find a gorgeous homemade fruit tart in the fridge, along with some other treats! "Das Haus und der Garten waren wie auf den Bildern - schön, gepflegt und modern! Jedes Zimmer mit seinem eigenen Bad war toll, der Garten groß und überall eingezäunt und der Pool wurde aufgrund des heissen Wetters fast täglich gereinigt. Ausserdem wurden wir mit Kuchen empfangen und haben auch Gemüse aus dem Garten der Gastgeber bekommen, mit denen die Kommunikation auch super funktioniert hat. Lage des Hauses war top - am Ortsrand und nur wenige Minuten Fahrzeit zum Strand, Supermarkt, Aquapark...

"Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Das Haus war wunderschön und gab alles was man braucht. Wir haben viel gekocht und es war alles da ! Das Haus war super sauber und alles ganz neu. Wir waren auch sehr zufrieden mit dem Besitzer er war für jede Fragen immer ansprechbar und war stets freundlich. Leider ist es etwas weit weg von Porec aber mit dem Auto kommt man überall hin ! Ich kann es hier jeden empfehlen liebe Grüße "

"Wir waren im Juli im Haus und haben einen schönen Pool-Urlaub gehabt. Man erreicht mit dem Auto binnen 30 Minuten die Strände in der Umgebung von Poreč, sowie zwei Aqua-Parks. Einzige negative Eindrücke waren 3 Baumaßnahmen in der Nachbarschaft und ein Hund auf dem Nachbargrundstück der den ganzen Tag (fast 24h) unter einem Baum angebunden gebellt hat. Meine Beschwerde hat nur zum stundenweisen Unterbrechungen des Bellens geführt. War wirklich nervig. Am letzten Tag wurde noch ein Haus...

"Die Anlage besteht aus drei seperaten Wohneinheiten wodurch jede Familie ihren privaten Rückzugsort hatte. Der Innenhof/Garten ist schön gestaltet und wir haben viele tolle Abende dort verbracht. Es war das erste Ferienobjekt in dem Mal genügend Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfe etc vorhanden war. Es war auch sehr sauber."

Small excursions to Koper, Izola, Piran, Cerkno as well as the surrounding small villages made this place a perfect destination to travel from. "Really nice place to stay. Our room was very small but we knew this in advance. We were there during a heatwave so the pool was amazing. The airconditioning is also great. Breakfast is good, really nice pistachio croissants. The restaurant next to the hotel is a nice place to eat. Only negatives thing would be that the hotel is a bit noisy, you can hear people in the hallway in the morning for example. "
