"Wallaby Ridge Retreat was a beautiful serene spot overlooking the valley, with a spa, pool and peace and quiet. A few of the wallabies were roaming around. Dan the manager was very helpful on hand for anything you needed. The little town of Canungra is close by with coffee shops etc. I would definitely recommend this lovely place. "I grew up in the area. It's nice to visit with an "old friend". Easy on the hip pocket, friendly helpful staff and within walking distance of everything you need. Even if I don't require accommodation, a trip to "The Aussie" is a must whenever I travel to Boonah/Fassifern Valley/Scenic Rim!"

"Katy the owner was so friendly as well her dog Butler. Beautiful river which is easy access from the cabins. Our stay was short due to other committments during the day but by night it was so peaceful. We bonded because of no wi-fi which was great not having kids or us on technology. Different experience for us from our normal hotel/motel stay but we loved it. "

"This is one of our most favourite places to get away for a few nights and play on an awesome golf course. Staff are lovely and very accommodating both at the resort and the local pub which is only a 5-minute walk from the resort. Plenty of choices with the buffet breakfast. A place that is close to home, but you really feel as though you are on holiday when staying here."
