"The hotel has one address listed and when I got to the property apparently there is a different location without an address. They texted me a picture that I was supposed to follow. My hotel booked my transportation based on the address on the internet, and then I had to take another taxi which I had to pay for myself. The hotel was in the middle of some residential area with nothing around. The stairs is narrow and spiral, which is terrible for people with luggage and no elevator! The toilet was...

"It would have been good if the property had service staff only 2 receptionists and no one else at the apartment. Overall good for the family, close to airport and most attractions. People around including the receptionist were friendly and helpfull."
