"Family of 5 stayed for 7 nights, absolutely amazing place and will recommend to friends and family. The staff were so friendly and very helpful. First trip with our children and they absolutely loved it. The area was perfect were one end you had the beach which is a 5 min walk and other end shopping and restaurants. "The hotel has one address listed and when I got to the property apparently there is a different location without an address. They texted me a picture that I was supposed to follow. My hotel booked my transportation based on the address on the internet, and then I had to take another taxi which I had to pay for myself. "The property information is wrong. We had a room which said 2 king beds, 1 double sofa bed and a single bed. When we got there we got 2 king beds and 2 sofa beds which were 4 ft long. A child couldn’t even sleep on them. There were ants everywhere. We had to get the cleaners to clean ants from the room several times. The front desk didnt even try sort the bedding situation out even though the room description was totally wrong. The shared pool was silly too, people from other hotels were coming...
