"Good hotel rooms, good location. Staff were great, food options excellent. Some things to note: 1) The desk has a drawer underneath it which rubs on your legs when using it. Still better than not having one, but I wouldn't want to be working at the desk for more than an hour or so. 2) The blockout on the curtains isn't perfect - once the sun comes up, you may need an eye mask. 3) Despite being on the 37th floor, you can still hear the trams as they rumble past outside. "Very pleasantly surprised by an upgrade upon check in to a large suite. Separate bedroom and large bathroom with tub and shower. Good breakfast with custom made omelettes and all the trimmings. "The property was perfect apart from location. However, after working out the bus service it was fine. The room was adequate, bathroom good.
