"This place is quite amazing, clean modern and quiet place .. unfortunately it was a replcement option for a one night stay as it was not included in our trip plan, I would happily stay there for more than a night and consider it as a main stay."

Staff is very cooperative and friendly. Coffee shop in the building, 2 grocery stores in the immediate neighbourhood. Excellent shopping options (somewhat upscale) on the nearby Obkirchergasse. A few decent restaurants close by."
