"Good location, close to forest and bush walks, 12 minute walk to bus station and short bus ride to Rahnsdorf train station. About 35 minutes train ride to Hauptbahnhof Central. 15 minutes walk to small shopping centre, with two supermarkets, pub with good meals and two other restaurants. Facilities generally OK, good TV services and wifi. No dishwasher. Suitable for couple and two children or two couples. Third "bedroom" above kitchen has very low ceiling and too hot when the fire is on for...

"Roomy, modern, comfortable, well equipped, perfect for 5 women on a trip through Germany. Only surprise were the 2 flights of steps that we needed to climb with our suitcases. Wish we had more time to spend there. Thanks!"

"We checked in a bit late - around 10pm. The receptionist spoke poor English and struggled to get across important information to us. It became unclear what we were getting charged for and I had to use my translate app to work it all out. I know it sounds pretentious to expect German receptionists to speak great English, but we experienced better levels of English from almost every other German person we interacted with on our trip. "I will choose the same hotel if I visit Berlin again. The location is very convenient with bus stop right next to it and subway station in walking distance. Taxi waits in front of the hotel. Open buffet breakfast was delicious and had good variety for different tastes (children/adults). We found our room clean everyday we came back from our sightseeing trips. So thank you."

"Room was very clean , had everything we needed. It is pretty small, but we only needed it to spend a few nights while visiting Berlin. The room has a tea kettle, which was very nice. Would have had a great view but there were scaffolding installed on the building at the time we visited - late October 2024. it takes about 30 min to get to Museums. Metro station is very close, only one long block away. Overall good stay, but would stay close to Museums next time. Staff very friendly. "
