"This is not a hotel, it is a condominium operated by a company. Check in and out was not smooth. They asked us to separate kinds of garbages and bring them to the garbage disposal area where it is a bit far from the building. "

"The location is lovely and so are the staff. The room was nice and cozy but efficient. However the walls are very thin and the noise curfew was not enforced at all—people were up until 3:30 am partying in public areas—making it difficult to fall asleep. The rooms could also use better locks to ensure they can be locked from inside. Overall, a great place if you want to be near Busan but not in the city. Just needs more in terms of the noise curfew enforcement. "

"Unfortunately, due to the rainy season, I noticed a musty smell in the room and the bedding was quite worn out. Additionally, the entrance to the hotel was quite narrow, and the door was very old and difficult to lock and unlock, making it impossible for me to do it by myself. I understand that these issues may be beyond your control, but I hope that you can address them in the future to provide a better experience for your guests."

"The apartment is beautiful, with great views and location. The only downside, which is important to note, is that saying 10 people can stay there (comfortably) is incorrect. The queens are not standard queens but instead full sized (we were told this is queen sized in Korea, but we’ve stayed at other places with standard queen). "A centrally located hotel in the city of Busan - steps away from the Underground - with a very gracious, efficient staff always ready to provide an excellent experience for their guests. Room was spacious; comfortable beds, roomy storage, desk and seating area. Our room was well appointed with all necessary amenities. Did have a very minor issue with room safe and how to set the code (my lack of Korean!) but once operational instructions were found, it was soon very easy to set and use. Fresh robes, slippers, and fresh towels are available daily, but hotel is very concious of using ‘Green’ methods regarding housekeeping so that’s an added bonus. Loved the mind blowing choices for both the Breakfast Buffet and Lunch Buffet (served daily) with the entire exceptionally gracious ‘La Seine’ staff providing us with a great start to each day. An extra bonus while staying at the LOTTE BUSAN HOTEL was the underground Food Hall - with dozens of cafés, restaurants, dessert options, and shops. Luxury brands offered inside the LOTTE Department Store a couple floors above the Food Hall. We did not use the outdoor heated pool but saw many other guests enjoying it. Our 4 day stay in the LOTTE HOTEL BUSAN after having stayed at the LOTTE HOTEL SEOUL CITY for a full week - was the perfect place to finish off our 12 days in Korea!"
