"The unit we stayed in was not represented in the photos, it was a little old with no bedrooms with ocean views. The patio is as pictured, evening sun exposure. Turtles in the bay. Note there is no ac, but we were fine as we were out all day and here in December. Close to a lot of great things. Would stay again, but wosh they would have been more clear on what our actual unit looked like. "

"The property correctly lists that there is no AC. Some of the other units in this complex do have window AC units. Adding one of those would change the experience. I thought it would be fine but the highs were mid 80s and it was hard to sleep at night. "

"One of our favorite places to go. Have stayed at several similar properties. 204 was a great experience and ranked high on our list. Comfortable, very well equipped, excellent location, and beautiful ocean views. Wildlife, turtles, and beautiful sunrises. For outstanding sunsets recommend to take a chair to opposite corner of the property where there is a nice grassy area to watch from. Mahalo "

"Overall was great. Was a little disappointed with trying to get replacements for things like laundry detergent, dryer sheets and a few others. Was told the few items in the condo were all that will be provided. Had to get them on my own when they ran out which also left me with a bunch of supplies I had to leave there. Kinda of stinky under the kitchen sink. Lastly I would have the tracks on the screen doors, bifold doors and blinds get some maintenance so they work better. "

"This was a wonderful place to stay for two adults to enjoy the Poipu area. It is a thoughtfully designed space that lives much larger than the actual square footage. It is well supplied and made us feel as if whatever we needed was there. A special aspect is that it is short walking distance to one of the more rewarding accessible snorkeling spots on the South Shore in front of the Beach House Restaurant.
