"This was a great option for our stay. The accommodation was clean and well maintained. The buffet breakfast was very good with lots of options. The Staff were very helpful and it was in a good location for exploring. Only downside was parking. There were some paved spots adjacent to the hotel but the overflow parking was behind and was basically a rough gravel area that needed some attention and clean up. Would stay again"

"Good location between the harbour (about 15-20 minute walk) and the old city (about 10 minute walk). Spacious room with kitchen facilities. Valentino was very friendly. Would stay here again. "

"Rooms were nicely furnished, good blackout curtains, relatively spacious, nice balcony. Excellent breakfast! 2 minute ride to Latchi Harbour and also close to the Aphrodite Baths. We had many problems with the WiFi, and it is really that none of the TVs were "smart" (you cannot watch Netflix etc.). Kitchen had a fridge, oven, stove and kitchenware, but no microwave oven or dishwasher, which is a pitty. The indoor "heated" pool was barely heated, and the hot tub was maintained and was always off....

"Solo stay for a week in October for some sunshine and r&r. Ticked all the boxes. Was allocated a 2nd floor room facing the sun for most of the day which I had asked for. Fabulous communication before arrival (last minute booking). Hotel arranged a taxi from the airport which was great as arrived late at night. "Downtown Park was our first option to spend a week holiday in Paphos this past November. This aparthotel offers an amazing view to the sea, the UNESCO archaeological site, and the lighthouse. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is very helpful and the communication was amazing. The only downside is the karaoke bar located in the bacjk of the hotel. The customers can get pretty loud in the evenings making your stay a bit uncomfortable, especially if you want to have a "quiet vacation"....

"This is a lovely place to stay, but it does need a bit of tlc. Apparently there are plans to do some work soon. The pool is a good size and only 1.2m deep so quite safe. Our Villa as ok, but there were a few problems: worst, no smoke alarms! The extractor in the kitchen didn’t work, the oven had no shelves or grill pan, there was no microwave or toaster, not enough crockery, cutlery or glasses. No coathangers in the bedrooms. "Our stay was fantastic: this was a truly pleasant all-inclusive hotel. We were issued wristbands to identify us to staff and had more food/drink than we needed the entire time. The room was spacious, the beds very comfy and the shower easy to work. There were two large outside pools that were freezing cold (very pleasant for countering the heat) and one inside pool that was a little warmer. "The apartment was very pleasant. Spacious and an excellent view. The only tghing letting the apatment down was the quality of the WiFi and the cutlery. The area had no restaurants and only 1 bar. The walk along the seafront in both directions was along a, mainly, paved path but the distances to any restaurants was quite far (30-50) minutes each way. Scooters and bikes were available to rent"

"A basic quality stay. You pay what you get. My wife and I stayed here before and we enjoyed our time. The staff are definitely the greatest asset. My only complaint is the noise of the air con which was so loud, I had to sleep on the sofa in the lounge where the air con was less loud. The rooms were spotless, cleaned every day. The atmosphere around the pool area was chilled and relaxed which was definitely what we wanted. "

"The hotel was very welcoming with high standards of housekeeping, great buffet food offering, that was varied & themed. The deserts where a triumph. The staff where all great, courteous, smiley & warm. We would recommend any one to stay although we were out of season, swimming was available but we realise that using the pools may risk hypothermia due to the time of year. But great facilities"

"This was my best hotel experience and I’ve travelled the world as a former flight attendant and tourist. Location is devine, right on Mediterranean Sea with 4 beautiful pools and in center of town and walkable to archaeological sites. Dining in is spectacular. Food is delicious and beautifully presented. Room is serviced twice a day. Receptionist staff eagerly and happily assists you with any question. This was the most perfect stay. Won’t ever find a better hotel, dining, location, staff in world "
