"We had a great time here. Stayed a week with our baby in a larger room. We found the staff to be very nice and welcoming. The hotel had easy parking for a small nightly fee. They provided us with a local guest pass for train and discounts at restaurants. We frequently went to Salzburg which was a short 20 min drive. The breakfast was good and also had a nice view. Like others have said there were regularly police here and they were kind and helped us feel more safe as tourists. The hotel was actually very empty and it was a little eerie but ultimately we enjoyed the quiet especially woth a baby. Rooms were clean and had all the amenities for a week stay. Highly recommend"

"Super friendly & helpful staff at reception. Helped us find a dining venue & organised free tourist tickets for the fortress. We parked directly under the hotel with easy hotel access. Breakfast was a generous spread of the usual European options. The view of the fortress at night from the balcony of the spa area was spectacular. Room was basic, but sufficient."
