"Very basic hotel, cheap design with low quality of construction and furnishings. Location is convenient to Marmaray and staff is friendly. Breakfast was bare minimum to be considered an included breakfast. "

"When checking in we faced an issue with the receptionist for an error in the number of occupants which was of no fault from us. After a while the manager cane and sorted everything out and apologized for the mistake. The receptionist was rude and was not happy even after the manager sorted the issue. She made the process very hard for us to checkin and said that if we don’t like it we can leave. She was rude and unhelpful. "

"room cleaning was good. hot water was nice. it was so confortable so slience. but clima and refrigator was working with so noice during the night. it was disturbing. the panoroma of room was perfect but you can find not fireplace and basin like in the photos at the webpage. "

"Excellent hotel. Very nice location near the sea. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Great dining option. Had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend booking this excellent hotel. Thanks to all the hotel staff that made this stay enjoyable. "
