This is my second time being here and I really appreciate the staffs kindness a specially mr Emre at the reception. Other than that roof top restaurant is amazing definitely worth trying spa is very relaxing overall it’s my number one go to spot on hole of Asia. And there is free membership that come with perks cos I really like the place I’ve become elite member cos not thinking about going anywhere else. I’m a very hard to satisfy type a guy and im very pleased with the service I’ve got very happy customer. Thank you Dedeman team.

Pleasant experience and we loved it

Th staff was very hospitable and considerate. It was our anniversary and we had a pleasant suprise. The hotel had prepared us welcome amenities and gave us a room at the upper floors with island view. The room was clean and spacious.

First few days were fine nothing that rave about. Then there was a horrid smell throughout the room as if the toilets had backflow. Was transferred to another room which then had no working A/C and no hot water to take a shower.

The breakfast was amazing 10/10. Gym was good, swimming pool was good, service amazing! However, the room had some problems which were a bit annoying, e.g, shower head wasn’t powerful and also wasn’t screwed on properly had to screw on myself. Bathroom door didn’t fully close which caused wet floor, not end of the world but a bit inconvenient. The most annoying thing was that the steam room didn’t work. I specifically opt for 5* hotels as steam rooms are really good for my asthma and fitness however for my stay the steam room was not on which if I knew I would have stayed somewhere else. That part was really disappointing.

Our stay at this hotel was a very disappointing experience that ruined our family vacation. The hotel staff showed a complete lack of respect for guest privacy—a staff member entered our room without knocking or providing any notice while we were inside. When confronted, they falsely claimed they had knocked. Additionally, the room was not cleaned to the standard expected of a 5-star hotel. We also had no internet access for 24 hours, and the hotel's explanation was inadequate. Having stayed in many 5-star hotels in Turkey and abroad, I can confidently say this hotel does not meet those standards.

Berbat yönetim! Bir daha asla!

Personel iyi niyetli ama yönetim berbat. Akşam geç giriş yaptım, 22:35 gibi. Mutfak restaurant kapanmış, bar 01’e kadar açık, yiyecek yok. Oda servisinden sipariş vereyim bara getirsinler diye rica ettik arkadaşımla, gece müdürü “olamaz” diye emretti. Odadan yemek siparişi verip, 40 dk sonra yemekle bara çıktık. Rezalet!

Vale ile sorun yaşadık. Arabanın arkasına çekip çıkmamızı engelledi. Sonrasında ortadan kayboldu. İğne deliğinden geçirip aracı gece yarısı çıkarmak zorunda bıraktı. Otel pek temiz sayılmaz. Yastıklar çok rahatsız. Tek iyi yanı karışan görüşen yok. İstediğiniz kişiyi üst kata çıkarsanız kimse birşey demez.
