When I entered the door, I couldn't see the check-in counter. I went to a counter on the right. There was a card showing “ 百名湯認定証 ”, and add water room “加湯室” was behind the counter. I was about to search everywhere I could in the hotel, when suddenly I saw a man at the far end of the left side, so I chased after him and asked if he was a hotel staff.
