"Great amenities as an IHG hotel. Right in the train station so it couldn't be more convenient. Everything perfect. Seems like it's been a while since it's had a refresh and at some point could use new carpeting in the halls, but generally a lovely convenient place. Great gym. I was excited about that. Lovely bath gel, shampoo and conditioner in the rooms."

"We had a very nice stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. The cleaning staff were very efficient and made everything like new again every time. Thousands of restaurants near by and the hotel elevator can be reached from within Sanomiya Station, so it could not be more convenient. It has to be the best location in Kobe. "

"A very convenient location, right on the very edge of Kobe Chinatown, which is parallel to a long outdoor shopping mall. The hot water onsen part is small but sufficient. Free washers on site and dryers are very cheap. You can store your luggage if early or after checking out to explore the grounds. The staff spoke English and were friendly. My wife was amazed thst this place was only about $100 a night to stay in. The beds were very comfortable and everything was clean. It's a nice place to stay and I recommend it!"
