Staff was super nice, rooms were clean. Only bad thing is that the beds are really hard and the hotel is surrounded by brothels.

Great breakfast, comfortable room.
The inn was comfortable and convenient. I ready access to the subway and if wasn't hard for me to get out to the mountains for a fantastic run. Delicious ramen is nextdoor. It is immediately adjacent the the red light district so if that bothers you it may be an issue, but the neighborhood seemed safe and clean. Breakfast was fantastic, and the #1 reason I'd recommend it.
