The hotel room was amazing. Large, clean, and comfortable. The location is a little out of the way if you’re not driving. The 20 minute walk to the train station was quite a hike up and down the mountain, but it was a lovely hike with great views. I’d totally stay here again

It was a cool place to me, as i like country areas. A lot of trees nearby
The hotel staff were really nice but the place hadn't been cleaned in a long time. There was a thick layer of dust over everything except for the bed and the counters
We chose this hotel as it was en route towards our destination and well within our budget and we were really pleased we did. As our first time staying in a “love hotel” we weren’t quite sure what to expect, thinking it may be a little seedy. However, had we not been aware of this fact, there is nothing about it that was any different from other hotels except that the room and bathroom were huge. The staff were polite and helpful as in all the other hotels we stayed during our trip in Japan. We enjoyed using the enormous jacuzzi bath and the massage chair too. There was a vast range of toiletries and complimentary water and snacks (not the usual compared to other hotels). Yes, the first channel you choose on the tv is pornography, but there are the normal channels too (none in English). You do need a car to get here and there’s not much nearby but the free parking is one of the main reasons we picked it. We had breakfast delivered to our room and it was fine. There was a large room service menu but we didn’t use it. If you are in the Kobe area with a car looking for a cheap, very comfortable stay we’d definitely recommend this hotel.
This hotel is located up near the mountains so it is better if you rent a car or have someone driving you (about 30-40 min away from central Kobe). The room was clean and the bathroom comes with a jacuzzi and built in sauna!!! Awesome :D
This is a so-called love hotel. However, it is in exceptionally good condition. The rooms are large, the bath was beautiful and the check was friendly- I think the management has hit the right spot in-between modern traveler hotel and the good parts of the traditional love hotel culture. You need to have a car to get here, but if you do, this is a good hotel with very reasonable pricing.
Recommend!
Only accessible with car, but room very spacious with whatever amenities u can imagine. Fantastic bathtub with jacuzzi. Can order room service with reasonable price. Overall a very good stay
This is a "Love Hotel". The room was spacious and well equipped. When we turned the TV on, it was showing an "adult" video and, because the remote buttons were only labeled in Japanese, it took a few minutes to switch to standard broadcast channels. The TV was later turned on automatically with a similar video again.
It is not easy to get to without a car. It is a fifteen minute uphill walk from the nearest train station with the last hundred yards being on a narrow shoulder on a busy highway.
The price, including breakfast was excellent. As long as a visitor understands the nature and limitations of the hotel, it is a very good deal.
Huge room with equally huge bed and huge 100inch TV (they had a sign). I was on the sanjo highway and needed a place to sleep. It was like 5 minutes from the highway exit. The area has many love hotels and this is also one. Japanese couples go there to escape their small apartments with thin walls. That's why the room has amenities like a massage chair, karaoke, games, minibar, soundproofing, cheap room service and a jaquzzi for 2 people. Also it's very clean, probably cleaner than normal hotel rooms. Sadly, I was alone. Discression is key, and that's why not much is around it.
Everything was great. Price was unbeatable. The only downside is if you you,re coming buy subway it is really very long way. The area is beautiful but it's a country side and nothing really can be done there
IF you are exploring the mountainous area of Mt Rokko, and surrounds between Miki and Kita by car (as car you will definitely need for this region), this is the place to stay. Everything is big, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was huge for Japan, with separate shower/tub room, vanity room and toilet. Very clean and marble throughout. Heated floors in bathroom make for comfort as well as great drying place. Extensive menu available 24 hours.
This atypical hotel is designed around couples needing a getaway, and I think it would serve that market very well. Nonetheless, I found it quite roomy and comfortable, even though I stayed as a single.
I have been a 'road warrior' for 30-some years now. This was, by far, the best value for the money. Honestly quite astounding---massage chair in the room, 52-inch flat-screen, jacuzzi tub w/ TV, gigantic room. All of this for the price of a crummy motel in the U.S. Couldn't have been happier. Great service from the hotel staff, but that is a given in Japan. Great hotel.
