Disappointing hotel experience
The experience at the hotel front desk was disappointing due to the impolite demeanor of the staff. Their lack of courtesy was evident, making the check-in process unpleasant. 喫煙ルームしか空いてなかったのでしょうがないのですが、お部屋もベッドもすごくタバコ臭かったです。空気清浄機を貸していただけたのはうれしかったです。近隣には素敵なところがたくさんあり、立地は最高です！
