"This is the best place we've ever stayed. The location, relaxed atmosphere, incredible food and friendly staff make it a haven on a beautiful island. The villa rooms are beautifully simple and high end. There are so many spots to relax or spend hours in the sun in with two beaches to access. The standout is the food and drinks (cocktails in particular) on offer at Shantaa. We would come back and stay in a heartbeat. "

"We recently had an excellent stay at Captain Hook Resort. Nestled in a secluded spot away from other hotels, it offers a peaceful, green, and idyllic atmosphere perfect for relaxation. "The staff were really nice and helpful. The only thing I had an issue with was the extra charges. For instance, there is a charge for ice and food to take away. If you break a glass 200 thb. Also the kayaks were at a cost ok no problem (even though I read they were free) but the paddleboards were expensive and they were in a pretty bad state…actually good for the bin as they were missing chunks and really not safe for use. Summing up I would still say this was a very good hotel to stay on the island. It was a perfect place in a bay to swim,snorkel,and relax"
